Features of production

The wine is produced with grapes Moscato d’Asti 100% that they are derived from a single grape variety, exclusive of our territory.
The Moscato d’Asti is grown in our own vineyards in the hills.
Exposure: mainly east.
Type of cultivation: espalier with Guyot pruning.

Grape harvest

In late August / early September is collected by hand the grapes, which are carefully selected and collected in perforated boxes, are immediately brought to the winery for wine-making.

Wine-making and ageing

In the winery is performed a light pressing of the grapes to preserve the typical aromas of the grapes. The must remains in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature until the start of fermentation, which takes place in autoclaves. When the alcohol content reaches 5% with a balance between acidity and sugar alcohol, the temperature is lowered and the fermentation interrupted. The wine is then filtered and bottled.

Organolectic features

Colour: yellow color with fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: aromatic with intense floral notes.
Taste: sweet, with flavors of honey and ripe fruit, perfectly balanced with the acidity and fresh-fruity aromas typical of Moscato d’Asti.

Average life of wine

Two years after the harvest, in order to better appreciate the aroma and flavor in their full intensity and integrity.

Alcohol scale

5% vol.

Servies and matching

It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of about 10°C - 12°C. This wine is suitable for matching with cakes and desserts and dried fruits. Pleasant as refreshing drink at any time of the day. Interesting with mature cheeses.
